Shipping + Returns
All orders will be shipped within 2 business days. In the event that we have sold out of one or more products that you ordered (crazier things have happened!) we will notify you via email and let you know if the item is on backorder, suggest a similar item, and/or confirm the order cancellation.
In the event that you are not totally in love with your new Kurt Lyle purchase, you may return full priced unworn and/or defective merchandise within 15 days of the purchase date.
We offer free exchanges on all footwear. Shoe orders will include a prepaid return label for free and easy exchanges.
We do ship internationally and advises opting for DHL for international delivery when checking out. Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Items purchased on sale (not including checkout codes) are final sale and we do not offer exchanges or returns on these items.
All items purchased from our STUDIO SALE are never eligible for return for any reason.
To authorize a return, please email email@example.com with your order # and reason for the return, and specify if you would like a replacement item, store credit, or refund. You will be issued a Return Authorization # to include with your return. All shipping charges for returns must be prepaid. If you are exchanging for another product, Kurt Lyle is happy to offer free shipping on the replacement order.
